We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused & sealed
- Original packaging required
- Proof of purchase needed
Not Eligible:
- Used or opened perfumes
- Damaged due to misuse

3️⃣ Wait for return approval.
4️⃣ Ship item back to our warehouse.
Refund issued once return is inspected and approved.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
